These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dermis365.com (the "Website") and the clinical, aesthetic, and cosmetic services provided by Dermis 365 ("Dermis 365", "we", "us", "our", "Clinic"), operated under NDV Group at NDV Towers, 22 Kanakapura Main Road, Raghuvanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka. By accessing the Website, booking a consultation, or availing of any treatment at Dermis 365, you ("you", "patient", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website and our services.

1. About Dermis 365

Dermis 365 is a premium aesthetic dermatology clinic offering consultations and treatments including, but not limited to, laser hair removal, skin and hair analysis, and other dermatological and cosmetic procedures, under the supervision of qualified, registered dermatologists. Our brand promise is "Real Science. Real Results. Real You."

2. Use of the Website

• The Website is intended to provide general information about our services, clinic, doctors, and to facilitate appointment booking and enquiries. It is not a substitute for an in-person medical consultation.
• You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its underlying systems, or data.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Website with the involvement of a parent/guardian, to book appointments or submit personal information.
• All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, the Dermis 365 name and branding, and design elements — is the property of Dermis 365/NDV Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

3. Appointments and Consultations

• Appointments booked via the Website, phone, or WhatsApp (+91 88844 56666) are subject to confirmation by our front desk team.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to clinical, operational, or unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation/treatment session or the need to reschedule, at the Clinic's discretion.
• A consultation with one of our dermatologists is required before certain treatments to assess suitability, and treatment will only proceed where clinically appropriate.

4. Treatments and Informed Consent

• Prior to any procedure, you will be provided with relevant information regarding the treatment, expected outcomes, possible side effects, risks, and aftercare requirements, and you will be asked to provide informed written consent before treatment begins.
• You agree to disclose complete and accurate medical history, allergies, current medications, and any relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Dermis 365 is not responsible for adverse outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate disclosure.
• You agree to follow pre-treatment and post-treatment (aftercare) instructions provided by our clinical team. Failure to do so may affect treatment outcomes and is at your own risk.
• Results from treatments such as laser hair removal are progressive and typically require multiple sessions; individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
• You have the right to ask questions and seek clarification about any treatment, and to decline or discontinue treatment at any time.

5. Fees, Payments, and Packages

• Treatment fees and package pricing will be communicated to you prior to commencement of treatment and are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
• Payment is due as per the terms communicated at the time of booking or treatment, via the payment methods accepted by the Clinic.
• Treatment packages, where purchased, are subject to the specific validity period, session count, and terms communicated to you at the time of purchase.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by the Clinic's refund policy applicable at the time of purchase, which will be communicated to you on request or at the point of sale.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We request that you inform us of any cancellation or rescheduling at the earliest opportunity via phone or WhatsApp at +91 88844 56666.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking priority and, where applicable, package session allocation.

7. Photographs and Clinical Records

• With your consent, clinical photographs may be taken before, during, and after treatment for the purpose of medical assessment, treatment planning, and progress tracking. These are maintained as part of your confidential medical record.
• Photographs or testimonials will only be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes with your separate, explicit consent, and you may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While Dermis 365 maintains high standards of clinical care, hygiene, and equipment safety (including certified, regularly maintained devices), no medical or cosmetic treatment is entirely free of risk, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Dermis 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or from treatment outcomes, except where such liability arises from proven clinical negligence on our part, as determined through applicable legal process.
• The Website and its content are provided "as is" for general informational purposes; we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (such as Google Maps, payment gateways, or WhatsApp Business) for your convenience. Dermis 365 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party services.
